To maintain uncompromising material quality alongside direct-from-studio pricing, our logistics originate directly from specialized global manufacturing hubs. By bypassing traditional warehousing and retail markups, we ensure quality and efficiency. 

1. Order Processing Profile

All orders are prepared for secure transit within 1 to 2 business days. This dedicated processing window ensures our teams can conduct rigorous quality inspections, implement protective packaging, and complete customs clearance preparations before your items begin their transit.

2. Estimated Delivery

Once your order has been processed, our standard delivery timelines to residential or commercial spaces take 5-9 business days.

Logistics Note: These timelines are calculated estimates. While shipments frequently arrive on the earlier side of these parameters, international customs clearance intervals and regional postal routing can occasionally introduce minor variances. 

3. Modular Consignments & Staggered Deliveries

To ensure uncompromised craftsmanship, our collections are produced across distinct, highly focused manufacturing facilities with material specialties.

If your order comprises a varied selection of wares for your venue, your items may arrive in separate, staggered packages. Rest assured that if one component arrives at your café counter ahead of the others, the remainder of your order is securely en route. You will receive a unique tracking code for each distinct package via email as it is in transit.

4. Tracking Your Consignment

As soon as your package departs the designated manufacturing hub, an automated shipping confirmation containing your active tracking link will be delivered to your inbox. Please allow up to 48 hours from receipt for the carrier's tracking portal to index and display its initial logistics data scans.

All orders over $75 receive complimentary insured delivery free of charge.
