When will my pieces arrive?
To ensure each piece arrives in pristine condition, our selections undergo individual inspection before secure dispatch. Orders typically arrive at your home or space within 5 to 9 business days. You will receive an automated confirmation with an active tracking link the moment your parcel is in transit.
Do you offer samples or accept returns?
We stand behind the material integrity of our collection. If a piece does not align with your design vision, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging. Please contact the studio via email before initiating a shipment so we can provide precise routing instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) token.
