When will my pieces arrive?
To ensure your FOH procurement arrives in pristine condition, our curated pieces undergo meticulous vetting and distribution. Orders typically arrive at your space within 7 to 15 business days. You will receive a complimentary tracking link the moment your selections depart.
Do you offer samples or accept returns?
We stand behind the material integrity of our collection. If a piece does not align with your design vision, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging. Please contact the studio via email before initiating a shipment so we can provide precise routing instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) token.
