At Teak & Tangent, we curate our boutique collections with strict architectural discipline and enduring material integrity in mind. To ensure an impeccable service standard, please review our structured guidelines regarding cancellations, transit damages, and returns.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We want your design selection to integrate flawlessly into your space. For that reason, if you are dissatisfied, we provide a 30-day return window calculated from the calendar date of delivery for all standard, non-defective items.

  • Condition Mandate: To be eligible for a return, items must remain entirely unused, unaltered, in the exact condition they were received, and enclosed within their pristine original packaging to preserve product geometry during transit. Used café equipment, items missing their original box, or pieces showing any service-environment wear cannot be processed for return.
  • Logistics & Fees: Return shipping costs for change-of-mind requests are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Original fulfillment shipping charges are completely non-refundable.

2. Transit Damage Guarantee

Because our collections feature high-end café ware and delicate hospitality assets, we provide a 100% replacement or full refund for any pieces compromised during transit.

  • The Proof Requirement: To qualify for a damage claim, you must email high-resolution photographs or a brief unboxing video of the broken or defective wares to our team at studio@teakandtangent.com within 48 hours of delivery. Once verified by our studio, a replacement or credit will be processed immediately.

3. Return Initiation Protocol

To request an authorized return, please connect with our concierge team to receive a mandatory Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) token and your designated return hub coordinates:

Critical Note: Shipments dispatched to our fulfillment centers without a prior, verified RMA token will be automatically rejected at the intake dock and will not be processed for credit. Returns typically take up to 7 days.
